Inclusive Growth

Recruiting: promoting diversity / planning / strategy / contacting potential new members 

Become a Rebel Ringer: call existing members to help them remain engaged & active / keep existing members informed of activities / help revive engagement among those who have not participated for some time.

Outreach

This is where we can get involved in our local communities to not only promote XR’s mission but also provide help with local projects or become more active in your neighbourhood. It is a really good way to feel less isolated, make good friends, build community resilience and help the places you love to thrive. 

Community Events: support an XR stall / talk to people / hand-out flyers / suggest opportunities / recruit new members

Community Assemblies: organise / facilitate / take part / provide a venue / suggest topics for discussion relevant to your community / feedback to local representatives / recruit new members

Freshers’ Fayres: talk to students / hand-out flyers / suggest opportunities / recruit new members
